President Trump announced on Sunday that he has extended an invitation the family of a Guard member killed last week to come to the presidential home.

Authorities have indicted a twenty-nine-year-old suspect with a charge of murder and two counts of violent assault while carrying a weapon.
The tragedy caused the government to pause asylum processing and cease providing visas to owners of passports from Afghanistan.

The airman, a native of the city, enlisted in February 2019 and is a graduate of Musselman high school, per the AP.
