"Working with different cultures, distinct backgrounds, it's a really fascinating environment to be involved in daily," he explains.

"This entire strategy has been something new but additionally really inspiring because we are partnering with team members from all over the world."

Concerning the pressure on the crew, the director says: "We experience demand but additionally it's exciting.

New Developer Adds New Insight
