He joined Real from Leganes in the summer of 2023, having previously been with Atletico and Getafe's academies, and starting out for the Juvenil C team, where he quickly made a positive impact.
He progressed to the reserve side and it was during a friendly match in which they faced the senior squad, then coached by the former defender, where the youngster is said to have caught the attention of the present manager, who replaced Xabi Alonso in the new year.
Reports would later label the moment as "love at first sight," adding Pitarch stood out not only for his skill on the ball, but for the vitality, character and determination he brought to the side.
'His Greatest Quality Is His Personality'
During the summer of 2025, ex-manager Xabi Alonso called up Pitarch to practice with the senior squad and awarded him playing time during pre-season.
Yet, it was Arbeloa's appointment that proved the turning point in his career as he was introduced as a second-half replacement in each leg against Benfica that led to the clash with Manchester City.
"I've dreamed of this each night before going to bed, the very first time I started playing football, every day you go to train and every day you have a game," stated the player after his debut.
"I have just achieved my ambition with the best team in the planet and in the best competition."

The teenager has taken it with displays that have defied his age and inexperience.
"He's a extremely fast footballer, and you can see what he's capable of," remarked the coach. "He is extremely dynamic, with great stamina, work-rate and movement."
Pitarch's mentality has also stood out to his manager.
"His standout trait is his character," added he. "He constantly demands the ball, and when pressed, he doesn't feel it.
"I realize people are astonished to watch him start in a European fixture, but he's playing because I had complete trust in him to perform his normal game.
"He will keep receiving opportunities with the first team. It's a pleasure to coach a talent like him."
Spain or Morocco?

He holds dual Spanish and Moroccan nationality, giving him the choice to play for both nations at senior international level.
According to Fifa eligibility rules, players may represent different countries at youth level without being permanently tied, with the final decision only binding once they play in a official senior international match.
He has featured for the Spanish national team at underage levels, representing both the under-19 and U20 sides, and took part in the 2025 Youth World Cup, where La Roja reached the last eight.
Nevertheless, he has not yet decided to either full national side, who are watching his progress with interest.
Speaking recently, Pitarch said: "I have not taken my final decision yet. Things are positive with the Spanish federation, but I'll make a decision soon."
His situation mirrors that of other bi-national talents such as Real team-mate Diaz and Barcelona forward Yamal. While 18-year-old Yamal opted for Spain, Brahim opted to represent Morocco.
Focus on the Future
At present, Pitarch's focus is on making his mark in the Real side and repaying Arbeloa's faith.

His substitution by another academy player in Angel underscored Arbeloa's trust in the next generation to aid the team pursue future success.
After his impressive impact so far on European football's biggest stage, the midfielder is tipped to be a central figure in that.
"The manager handles me the same. We handle it very normally. I try not to think about it too much - I have to earn my playing time on the pitch," he said following the win at Manchester.
